Responsibilities
RecruitFirst Hiring! You will be outsourced/ deployed to:
Location: Central (Raffles)
Pay: $2600/month + Completion Bonus
Duration: 1st November till 31st March
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
Job Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support to users for hardware, software and system-related issues.
Configure, set up and deploy laptops, desktops and other IT equipment.
Install and troubleshoot software, applications and basic network connectivity.
Assist users with system and application usage, including providing basic guidance and training.
Manage user accounts, access rights and basic IT configurations.
Log, track and follow up on IT support requests, escalating complex issues when required.
Perform basic IT maintenance and assist with inventory and documentation.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Higher Nitec in IT or a related field
