Summary:
Salary:
$2,500 – $3,200
Working Days:
5 days, 44 Hours/week (Includes Weekends)
Working Hours:
Office hours / Shift-based depending on centre
Industry:
Education / Enrichment & Preschool
Yearly increment & Bonus
Job Responsibilities:
Attend to parents' enquiries and provide information on courses, enrolment and registration.
Handle student registration, enrolment and related administrative matters.
Maintain and update student, enquiry and enrolment records.
Follow up with parents and centres on outstanding enquiries and registrations.
Prepare reports and maintain accurate records and trackers.
Liaise with teachers, parents and internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist with general administrative duties and school events when required.
Job Requirements:
GCE O-Level, Diploma or equivalent.
Relevant
customer service or administrative
experience preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Organised, meticulous and able to handle multiple tasks.
Education, preschool or enrolment experience is an advantage
.
