Job Title: Customer Service Executive (AU Market)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide professional and timely assistance to Australian customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update relevant information in the system.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
• Follow company procedures and meet customer service performance targets.
