Full Time Shipping Assistant Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,000 in MEDS TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

To enter data from various source documents into the computer system for storage, processing and data management purposes.

Job Descriptions

• Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry in order to comply with data integrity and security policies.

• Check source documents for accuracy, verify data and correct data where necessary

• Obtain further information for incomplete documents

• Respond to requests for information and access relevant files

• Minimum knowledge in preparing full set of shipping documents and permit declaration e.g. Delivery Order, Invoice, Packing List , Good Receipt, Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Conformance ,Bill of Lading etc.

• Liaise with the forwarders and shipping agents on the local outgoing shipments and export arrangement.

• Work cohesively with Customer Service and Warehouse personnel.

Requirements

• Minimum ITE or GCE “N” level.

• Preference to be given to candidates with experience in logistics or manufacturing environment.

• Proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office, SAP Business One would be added advantage.

• Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed.

• Planning and organizing; attention to detail.

• Problem solving, decision-making skills, communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Perform OT when required.

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
