Responsibilities
Job Highlights:

Contract Period: Nov 2026 - Oct 2028
Up to $2,800
5-Day Work Week

Key Responsibilities :
Support the coordination and delivery of school health programmes and initiatives.
Prepare and maintain programme materials, resources, and communications.
Liaise with schools, stakeholders, and internal teams to support programme activities.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling, documentation, and report preparation.
Assist with procurement activities such as quotations, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
Support surveys, data collection, and basic reporting.
Monitor programme progress and provide operational support as needed.
Perform other duties assigned by the team.
Requirements :
Minimum Bachelor's Degree qualification required.
At least 1 year of experience in administrative support, programme coordination, or related functions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator will be an advantage.
