Job Summary

The General Worker is responsible for assisting with general construction, site preparation, material handling, housekeeping, and other assigned duties to support the smooth and safe operation of construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled workers, technicians, and site supervisors in carrying out daily construction activities.
• Perform general manual work and site-related duties as assigned by the Site Supervisor or Project Manager.
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping at the construction site, work areas, storage areas, and access routes.
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment when properly instructed and authorized.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and cooperate with other workers to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Company or immediate supervisor.

Required competencies and certifications

• No formal educational qualification is required; relevant construction experience will be an advantage.
• Previous experience in the construction industry is preferred.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
• Able to work outdoors and in various site conditions.
• Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Responsible, hardworking, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Able to start immediately.
• Lodging Provided at Tuas Area

Pay: $900.00 - $1,200.00 per month
