Full Time Executive, Wholesale Management Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,800 in Askheadhunter Selangor - Maukerja

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised individual to join our Wholesale Management team. This role involves supporting vehicle financing operations, processing payments and invoices, managing documentation, and coordinating with Car dealers to ensure smooth daily operations.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, as training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Process vehicle purchase transactions and handle related payments, including settlement payments, demo instalments, curtailments and interest.
• Prepare and manage documentation related to vehicle financing, including e-Hakmilik release and dealer netting confirmations.
• Monitor payments and follow up with dealers on outstanding matters, including payment issues and returned cheques.
• Perform data entry and create new accounts in the relevant internal systems.
• Coordinate with dealers and sales advisors to resolve operational issues and ensure timely processing of documents and payments.
• Prepare and distribute monthly billing statements to dealers.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports and updates.
• Ensure all records, documents and transactions are accurate and properly maintained.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any relevant field; Degree holders are preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome. Candidates with 1–3 years of working experience will also be considered.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with dealers and sales advisors.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple tasks and documentation accurately.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment, particularly during month-end and the beginning of each month.
• Training and guidance will be provided.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
