WE ARE HIRING – CONTRACT EXECUTIVE / ASST CONTRACT EXECUTIVE

Hamal Bina'in Sdn Bhd is looking for a motivated and dedicated person to join our growing team.

• Position: CONTRACT EXECUTIVE / ASST CONTRACT EXECUTIVE
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Location: Seri Kembangan
• Salary: Salary: RM2,500 onwards (depending on experience).
• Key Responsibilities.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for construction projects.
• Handle measurement and preparation of Bills of Quantities (BQ)
• Source and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of all QS-related records.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
• Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 1 year or more of experience in the construction industry.
• Fresh graduate
• Familiar with the tender process, BQ preparation and contract administration
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
