Job Overview:

We are looking for experienced, friendly kitchen staff to join a café in Central. You may work as a Kitchen Crew, Kitchen Assistant, or Kitchen Helper, supporting daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced but positive environment.

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid FHA certification

• Strong experience in kitchen operations

Job Scope:

• Prepare and cook eggs for guests at the egg station

• Assist with cutting, chopping, slicing, baking, and cooking tasks

• Replenish and top up hot food items at buffet stations (runner duties)

• Perform light dishwashing and maintain kitchen cleanliness

• Assist with ingredient preparation for the following day’s service

• Rotate between different kitchen stations based on operational needs
