Full Time Account Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in SH Seng Heng Engineering Selangor - Maukerja

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Partial ACCA, CPA, or MIA qualification is an added advantage.

Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably within the manufacturing or engineering industry.

Strong knowledge of SST and familiarity with Malaysia's e-Invoicing framework.

Hands-on experience with accounting software, preferably SQL Accounting.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTable, XLOOKUP, and basic Power Query.

Good understanding of job costing, inventory flows, and month-end closing processes.

Detail-oriented, organised, and able to meet deadlines.

Able to communicate and work effectively with operations teams and management.

Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Handle a full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, fixed assets, and monthly closing.

Prepare management accounts, cash-flow forecasts, variance analysis, and KPI reports.

Manage billing, collections, credit control, and supplier payments, including ageing reports and follow-ups.

Oversee SST submissions and ensure proper documentation and compliance.

Manage e-Invoicing processes, including customer/vendor onboarding, data accuracy, and exception handling.

Support job/project costing and inventory/costing entries, and reconcile stock with store records.

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and government authorities, including LHDN and DOSM when required.

Maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and proper documentation while improving processes for better accuracy and efficiency.

Prepare year-end audit schedules and assist with tax computations and provisions.

Improve accounting systems and Excel reporting through templates, checks, PivotTables, lookups, and other relevant tools.
