Supply Chain / Logistics Intern

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate process and procedure documents for supply chain functions (e.g., order creation, importation, delivery orders, consignment notes, etc.).
• Assist in tracking expenses and preparing reports as needed.
• Provide general administrative support and supply chain operations tasks to the team.
• Coordinating between different teams or departments.
• Helping prepare project timelines, tracking progress, and reporting updates.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Administration, Finance, Logistics or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Information

• 4 to 6 months of internship period
• Internship Intake - November 2026
• Office based: Paris Baguette HQ, Berjaya Times Square
• Working hours: 9AM - 6PM

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
