Full Time Accountant (Puchong) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 12,000 in Cooltech Engineering Selangor - Maukerja

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to oversee accounting operations for multiple companies within the group, including full-set accounts, consolidated financial statements, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-set accounts for multiple companies within the group.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and consolidated financial statements.
• Handle intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and consolidation adjustments.
• Monitor cash flow, bank balances, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
• Handle corporate tax matters and coordinate tax computations, tax submissions, and tax payments with tax agents.
• Manage and coordinate tax audits, including preparing supporting documents, responding to queries, and liaising with the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN).
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and relevant authorities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, SST, and e-Invoicing requirements.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and strengthen internal financial controls.
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in corporate taxation and handling tax audits.
• Proficient in SQL Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards, taxation, SST, and e-Invoicing.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
