Full Time Capital Markets Lawyer (1-3 PQE) | International Law Firm Jobs, in Taylor Root - Maukerja

An opportunity to join a highly regarded international Capital Markets practice advising on some of Southeast Asia's most significant equity offerings.

Working closely with a leading partner in the region, you will advise issuers, selling shareholders and global investment banks on a broad range of ECM transactions, including IPOs, rights issues and follow-on offerings. The practice is particularly known for its strength across SEA and the wider APAC region. From time to time, you will also work on sovereign debt offerings and US securities law matters.

This opportunity is ideally suited to an ambitious junior lawyer looking to accelerate their Capital Markets career and gain exposure to some of the most sophisticated transactions in the market.

Requirements

• Strong academic credentials
• Singapore Qualified: 1-3 PQE
• Experience in Capital Markets and IPO work, ideally gained from a big 4 local law firm or a peer international firm
• Trainees who are currently undergoing their TC in Capital Markets and getting qualified next year are welcome to apply as well
• Excellent drafting and communication skills
• Commercially minded and eager to work on complex international transactions
