Full Time Toyota Diagnostic Master Technician (Quayside Mall) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Panglima City Motor Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic testing, analyze results, and recommend appropriate repair solutions in coordination with the Service Advisor.
• Carry out minor and major mechanical repairs on Toyota vehicles in accordance with company SOPs and manufacturer guidelines.
• Provide technical guidance and support to Technicians, Senior Technicians, and Specialist Technicians to ensure accurate and efficient repair work.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and other vehicle-related issues using appropriate diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Conduct thorough quality inspections to ensure all repairs are completed according to company standards before vehicles are handed over to customers.
• Identify complex technical issues, determine suitable repair methods, and ensure effective resolution of vehicle problems.
• Maintain workshop tools and equipment in good working condition and ensure the work area remains clean, organized, and safe.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance while demonstrating responsibility and professionalism at all times.
• Comply with workplace safety requirements, company policies, and established workshop procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Management or the immediate supervisor from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least an SKM Level II, Diploma in Engineering, Automotive, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant working experience in the automotive industry, preferably in vehicle diagnostics and repairs.
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing vehicle issues.
• Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide technical guidance and support to other technicians when required.
• Responsible, proactive, and a strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to continuously improve technical skills.
• Good teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work independently when required.
• Possess own transportation and a valid Class D driving licence.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
• Willing to be based at Quayside Mall, Kota Kemuning, Selangor.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Automotive: 3 years (Preferred)
