Full Time Assistant - IT (Technical Support) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,200 in SWM Environment - Johor Bahru Melaka - Maukerja

Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

• Maintain software licensing and hardware inventory control.
• Provide first level Helpdesk Support/ Services or basic applications such as email, in-house applications, HR software etc at state offices.
• Provide onsite IT support to branches and associated companies.
• Proven experience in web application and server virtualization.
• Install and configure computer hardware, software and basic network troubleshoot.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or any other relevant studies.
• At least two (2) years of experience in related field.
• Familiar with LAN environment with hardware/ peripheral maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to work under minimum supervision and deal with deadlines.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
