Job Description

We are looking for energetic, passionate and motivated Physiotherapists to join our growing rehabilitation team in Melaka.

We welcome both fresh graduates and experienced physiotherapists who are eager to develop their skills, grow professionally and make a positive impact on patients' recovery and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualised physiotherapy treatment plans.
• Provide physiotherapy treatments, therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programmes.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, mobility improvement and rehabilitation exercises.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain a safe and professional treatment environment.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognised institution.
• Must meet applicable Malaysian professional registration and practising requirements.
• Fresh graduates and experienced physiotherapists are welcome to apply.
• Passionate about rehabilitation and patient care.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, proactive and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
