Full Time Retail Marketing Executive (Product - Brand) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,200 in Katrin BJ Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Manage assigned brands and develop marketing plans to achieve sales targets and business growth.
• Plan and coordinate product launches, promotions, roadshows, exhibitions and in-store marketing activities.
• Monitor brand sales performance, product movement and inventory levels, and recommend improvement plans.
• Coordinate online and offline advertising, social media campaigns and brand awareness activities.
• Work closely with purchasing, retail operations, visual merchandising, digital marketing and e-commerce teams.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor product displays, promotional execution and competitor activities.Provide product and brand training to retail sales and customer service teams.
• Liaise with principals, suppliers and sales teams on product listings and promotional campaigns.
• Prepare monthly sales, marketing and inventory reports for management.
• Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned by the Senior Marketing Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Retail Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, brand management, product management or retail marketing.
• Experience in consumer products or international brands will be an advantage.
• Good analytical, communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proactive, responsible and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: RM4,200.00 - RM5,200.00 per month
