Job Responsibilities

Driving & Transportation

• Safely transport company founders, management, VIPs and assigned personnel.
• Provide transportation for meetings, appointments, company events and outstation trips.
• Ensure company vehicles are clean, safe and properly maintained.

General Office & Dispatch Support

• Handle daily errands, including document delivery, banking, purchasing and item collection.
• Assist with general office upkeep, minor maintenance and operational tasks.
• Support other departments with assigned daily activities.

Logistics & Event Support

• Assist with loading, unloading and moving goods, equipment and supplies.
• Support company events, including venue setup, transportation and logistics arrangements.
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Valid Malaysian driving licence with a good driving record.
• Preferably 1–2 years of relevant driving or dispatch experience.
• Physically fit and able to handle lifting and moving tasks safely.
• Responsible, punctual, honest and reliable.
• Willing to perform both driving and general support duties.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible with working hours and willing to travel outstation or work on weekends when required.
