The Opportunity

• Join a well-established organization with diverse engineering and facilities operations in Singapore.

• 1- to 2-year contract with opportunities for extension based on business needs.

• Office hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 6:00pm; Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.

The Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of ACMV systems, pumps, and other mechanical equipment to support reliable facility performance.

• Utilize digital solutions and system data to improve maintenance processes and operational efficiency.

• Coordinate equipment replacement, upgrading works, and addition & alteration (A&A) projects with contractors and stakeholders.

• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance activities to support compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

• Support procurement, tender evaluations, budgeting, contract administration, and vendor management activities related to maintenance and project works.

The Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.

• Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and IoT technologies is advantageous.

• Understanding of mechanical and electrical (M&E) maintenance principles and facilities operations.
