Full Time Executive, Maintenance - Based in Tuas Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,200 in CORA ENVIRONMENT GROUP PTE. LTD. West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Key Purpose

We are seeking dedicated individual to join our operations team in achieving business goals. As a Maintenance Executive, you will track, maintain and perform inspection and repair of plant machinery and equipment.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Plant machinery and equipment
• Maintain spare parts inventory
• Raise ePR /Capex to maintain spare parts inventory and other services
• Manage the HSE, SOP & SWP within Maintenance Department
• Track and maintain maintenance schedule and records
• Co-ordinate with contractors & suppliers for services and repair
• Ensure Plant / equipment required licenses or inspection certificates are up to date
• Inspect the portable electrical tools and equipment on the monthly basis
• Plan and manage Maintenance Budget
• Any other work assigned by supervisor and management
• Perform inspection activities in other plant and depots
• Follow up on documentation where required

Qualification, Skills and Experience

• Possess a Diploma/ Degree in Engineering discipline with at least 2 years’ of relevant experience
• Experience in working with a power rating of up to 415Vac, has knowledge in hydraulic and mechanical works, and able to read technical drawings is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft office application
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• May be required to stay communicated after office hours due to operational requirements when necessary
• Able to work on weekends as and when required, depending on operational requirements
