· Allocating works to workers and monitoring of workers and resources;

· Ensure smooth progress of site works· Ensure compliance to applied safety and quality standardsEnsure that works are carried out efficiently and on schedule

· Able to read/plan/coordinate site works and resolve drawing details and discrepancies.

Possess BCA/MOM certification such as formwork supervisor certificate

Minimum 5 years of work experience in construction industry

Positive working attitude
