Assist customers with inquiries, product location, and purchases in a friendly and efficient manner, providing excellent customer service.

Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including stocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring aisles are clear and safe.

Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.

Receive and unpack incoming inventory, verifying quantities against invoices and storing items appropriately to prevent damage or loss.

Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stocktaking procedures to ensure accurate stock levels and identify discrepancies.

Operate basic computer systems for tasks such as inventory management, sales reporting, and communication.

Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and loss prevention.

Demonstrate basic mathematical skills for handling transactions and managing stock counts.

Be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by the business needs.

Communicate effectively in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia to serve a diverse customer base.

Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store by organizing shelves, displays, and ensuring products are well-stocked and attractively presented.

Support inventory management by tracking stock levels, reporting low stock items, and assisting with stock rotation to minimize waste.

Keep the store clean and tidy, including sweeping floors, dusting shelves, and maintaining fitting rooms and restrooms to provide a pleasant shopping environment.

Handle customer returns and exchanges efficiently and courteously, adhering to company policies.

Operate basic computer systems for tasks such as inventory checks, price lookups, and communication with management.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure smooth store operations during flexible shifts.
