A Successful Head Of Finance Should Have
- A strong background in accounting and finance, within thr education sector.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to financial management.
- Competitive salary ranging from MYR 180,000 to MYR 216,000 annually.
