Working Days: Sunday – Thursday
Off Days: Friday & Saturday

About the Role

MRC Scooter is looking for a creative, energetic and motivated Marketing Intern to join our growing team. This role is suitable for students who are interested in digital marketing, social media, content creation and the automotive industry.

As a Marketing Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in creating marketing content, managing social media platforms, promoting workshop services and engaging with customers. You will work closely with our team and have the opportunity to turn your ideas into real marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and creating content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp.
• Take photos and videos of motorcycles, workshop activities, products and services.
• Create short-form videos such as TikTok videos and Instagram Reels.
• Assist in editing videos using CapCut or similar applications.
• Design simple promotional materials using Canva.
• Write engaging captions and promotional copy for social media.
• Assist in promoting workshop services, packages, products and special promotions.
• Monitor social media comments, messages and customer engagement.
• Assist in responding to basic customer enquiries.
• Conduct simple market and competitor research.
• Suggest new ideas for social media content and marketing campaigns.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional activities.
• Monitor basic social media performance and engagement.
• Maintain an organised content and marketing schedule.
• Perform other marketing-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing Certificate, Diploma, Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Multimedia or related fields.
• Creative and passionate about social media and content creation.
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp.
• Basic knowledge of Canva and CapCut is an advantage.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Comfortable appearing in or assisting with video content is an advantage.
• Willing to learn and experiment with new marketing ideas.
• Responsible, punctual and able to work in a team.
• Interest in motorcycles, scooters, automotive or lifestyle content is an advantage.
• Students with no previous working experience are welcome to apply.
