Responsibilities

• Assist with project coordination and timeline tracking.
• Support the preparation of meeting minutes, reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Maintain project documentation and records.
• Support the team with research and ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related fields.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Eager to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Immediate starters or candidates available within 2 weeks are preferred.
