Full Time Wholesale E-commerce Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Low Seat Hoong WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

* Manage wholesale customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.

* Handle daily e-commerce operations, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and online orders.

* Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.

* Monitor stock availability and highlight low-stock or fast-moving items.

* Respond to customer enquiries, complaints, returns, and refunds professionally.

* Support online campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.

* Monitor sales performance and prepare relevant sales and operational reports.

* Maintain good relationships with existing customers and support new business development.

* Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.

Relevant experience in wholesale, sales, retail, or e-commerce is preferred.

Familiar with online marketplaces

Good communication, coordination, and customer service skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
