We’re hiring: Ad Hoc STEM & Robotics Workshop Facilitators — Training Provided!

Overhaul is a Singapore startup building software that helps users turn plain-language ideas into working projects, with wiring diagrams, build instructions and code. Our workshops help young people explore, design and build, even without prior electronics or coding experience.

We’re looking for freelance facilitators to guide students aged approximately 10–17 through hands-on workshops using our platform and materials. No technical background is required—we’ll provide training before your first session.

Role details:

• Pay: SGD $27/hour, calculated based on workshop duration

• Arrangement: Ad hoc / freelance

• Schedule: Based on workshop bookings and your availability

• Location: Schools, makerspaces and community venues across Singapore

What you’ll do:

• Guide students through hands-on building activities

• Help troubleshoot basic build issues using the training provided

• Keep sessions engaging, age-appropriate and on schedule

• Share brief feedback to help us improve future workshops

Who we’re looking for:

• MOE-registered instructors, or applicants willing to complete registration—we can guide you through the process

• Comfortable speaking to and supporting groups of young people

• Reliable, punctual and able to commit to confirmed sessions

• Experience in tuition, coaching, camps or youth programmes is a plus

• No engineering or coding background needed
