Job Responsibilities;
Human Resources
Manage day-to-day HR administration and employee lifecycle processes
Maintain accurate employee records, employment contracts, leave and attendance records
Manage monthly payroll for approximately 20 employees using QuickHR
Handle statutory submissions and HR administration in accordance with Singapore employment requirements
Administer employee benefits, leave, claims and other employee-related matters
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes
Prepare employment letters, HR documents and internal policies as required
Support performance management, employee engagement and other staff-related initiatives
Provide guidance to management and employees on day-to-day HR policies and practices
Ensure compliance with applicable Singapore employment laws and regulations
Finance & Accounting
Manage daily finance and accounting activities using QuickBooks
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Prepare invoices, payment records and supporting financial documentation
Monitor cash flow, expenses and outstanding receivables
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records
Assist with monthly management reports, budgeting and financial analysis
Liaise with external accountants, auditors, banks and other relevant parties
Assist with GST filings and other statutory financial requirements
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
Provide financial information and support management with ad-hoc analysis when required
General Administration
Oversee day-to-day office administration and coordination
Work closely with management and various departments to support smooth business operations
Identify and implement improvements to HR, payroll and finance processes
Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and financial information
Perform other HR, finance and administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline
3–5 years of relevant experience covering HR, payroll and finance/accounting functions
Hands-on experience in Singapore payroll and HR administrations
Practical experience using QuickHR for payroll and HR administration
Practical experience using QuickBooks for accounting and finance operations
Good knowledge of Singapore employment and statutory requirements
Strong attention to detail with good numerical and organisational skills
Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Experience and comfortable in managing both HR and finance functions within an SME environment will be an advantage
