Job Description

• Manage the reception area and greet visitors, parents and students
• Answer and direct phone calls and handle general enquiries
• Provide basic first aid support to students
• Manage the sick bay and monitor unwell students
• Contact parents when necessary
• Provide administrative support and perform duties assigned by the Admin Manager

Requirements

• At least 6 months of relevant reception or customer service experience in a primary school
• Basic computer literacy
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
