Full Time Currency Exchange Teller Jobs, in LuLu Money Malaysia Federal Territory - Maukerja

We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Front Line Associate (FLA) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling daily foreign currency exchange transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and Anti-Money Laundering (AMLA) guidelines.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily foreign currency exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries.
• Collect and verify relevant customer documents during transaction processing.
• Perform daily cash balancing and ensure accurate transaction records.
• Follow company policies, procedures, SOPs, and AMLA guidelines.
• Maintain proper controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Keep updated on company products, services, and currency exchange procedures.
• Attend training sessions conducted by the Compliance Department.
• Support daily branch operations and perform other duties as assigned by the Branch In Charge.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer and numerical skills.
• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Able to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.
