You will be responsible for executing strategies that improve organic visibility, analyzing website performance, and ensuring our digital output is both systematic and high-performing.

Core Responsibilities

1. SEO Strategy & Execution

• On-Page Optimization: Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices for meta tags, URL structures, and internal linking.
• Technical SEO: Perform regular website audits to identify and fix crawl errors, broken links, and site speed issues.
• Off-Page SEO: Execute backlink acquisition strategies and manage local SEO listings.
• Content Collaboration: Work closely with content creators to ensure all articles and landing pages are optimized for target keywords.

2. Web Analytics & Business Reporting

• Performance Tracking: Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console.
• Competitor Analysis: Keep a pulse on industry trends and competitor movements to identify new growth opportunities.
• Data Integration: Assist in compiling weekly and monthly performance reports that translate complex data into clear business insights for management.

3. Digital Ecosystem Support

• Landing Page Management: Update and maintain website content via CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Conversion Optimization: Test and suggest improvements for call-to-action (CTA) placements to increase lead generation.
• Automation: Utilize digital tools to streamline reporting and repetitive marketing tasks.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Analytical Skills: A natural comfort with data and an ability to spot patterns in website traffic.
• Eagerness to Learn: A proactive attitude toward staying updated with the ever-changing Google algorithms.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (and other relevant languages).
• Technical Familiarity: Basic knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Semrush, or Screaming Frog) and HTML/CSS is a significant advantage.

Salary Range RM 3,200 – RM 4,800 per month
