Operate and maintain CNC (Computer Numerical Control) lathes and milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.

Set up, calibrate, and adjust CNC machines, including loading programs, selecting tools, and setting offsets.

Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and CAD/CAM models to determine machining operations, sequences, and dimensions.

Perform in-process quality checks using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure parts meet quality standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine operation, tooling, or materials to minimize downtime and ensure efficient production.

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and improve product quality.

Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

Collaborate with engineers and other team members to resolve technical issues and improve manufacturing processes.

Document production data, including machine settings, cycle times, and quality checks, as required.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting ways to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
