Event Planning & Execution: Experience in planning and executing various events.

Coordination Capabilities: Ability to coordinate and organize training programs, sports and cultural competitions, employee gala events, festival celebrations, and review meetings.

University Leadership: Preferred experience as student leaders or participation in student organizations.

Large-Scale Events: Preferred involvement in organizing large-scale events during university.

Corporate Culture System: Develop, implement, and oversee internal communication boards and publicity materials.

Core Values Communication: Communicate company values, philosophy, and code of conduct through regular training programs.

Internal Company Events: Plan, coordinate, and execute internal events to drive employee engagement and teamwork.

Employee Satisfaction Surveys: Design and implement surveys, analyze feedback, and recommend continuous culture improvements.

CSR Initiatives: Collaborate across departments to promote corporate social responsibility and culture in daily operations.

Compliance Management: Coordinate maintenance, updates, and internal/external audits for FSC and ISO management systems.

Administrative Support: Handle daily departmental statistical reporting, data consolidation, and other administrative tasks.
