Role Overview

Engagement: Freelance / per-visit

Location: Patients’ homes across Singapore

Schedule: Flexible; choose which cases you want to accept.

This role is suitable only for Enrolled Nurses (ENs) looking for flexible homecare opportunities alongside existing work, studies or personal commitments.

Registered nurses may refer to our separate Registered Nurse job posting. Other healthcare professionals, including healthcare assistants and nursing students, may refer to our separate HCA/nursing student job postings.

With NurseLink, you can review available cases and choose opportunities that match your skills, preferred location and availability.

Cases are matched based on your qualifications, clinical competencies, location and schedule.

What You May Do

Depending on the case and your verified competencies:

• Monitor vital signs and patient condition.
• Administer medications according to valid orders and within your scope of practice.
• Provide wound care and dressing changes where trained and competent
• Support catheter, NGT and stoma care where appropriate
• Perform relevant nursing procedures within your scope and competency
• Provide post-discharge nursing support
• Observe changes in condition and escalate concerns appropriately
• Provide brief handovers to families and other care professionals
• Complete accurate visit notes and documentation
• More specialised or complex procedures will only be matched to nurses with the appropriate scope, training, competency and credentials.

Who We’re Looking For

Enrolled Nurses:

• Hold current enrolment with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
• Hold a valid Practising Certificate
• Have a minimum of 1 year of inpatient clinical experience
• Current BCLS or CPR+AED certification
• Clinically competent in relevant nursing procedures within your scope of practice
• Comfortable providing care in patients’ homes within your scope and competency
• Able to recognise changes in a patient’s condition and escalate concerns appropriately

Onboarding

Applicants may be asked to provide:

• Certificate of Enrolment
• Valid Practising Certificate
• BCLS or CPR+AED certification
• Relevant certificates for specialised procedures
• Resume and details of relevant clinical experience
