Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead to drive the successful delivery of complex business and technology initiatives. The role combines Agile leadership, Scrum facilitation, delivery management, stakeholder coordination, and risk/dependency management.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile squads and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile practices and drive continuous improvement.
• Remove blockers and manage risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from planning through implementation and release.
• Manage delivery plans, milestones, timelines, and release schedules.
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Architecture, QA, Operations, Business, and vendors.
• Provide clear delivery updates and escalate risks/issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Promote transparency, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, project/program management, or related roles.
• Proven experience delivering complex business and technology initiatives.
• Strong experience managing cross-functional teams, multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and delivery risks.
• Hands-on experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working with technology teams and external vendors.
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Agile/Scrum certification such as CSM, PSM, or equivalent is preferred.

Pay: From $5,500.00 per month
