Full Time Warehouse Coordinator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,800 in Agensi Pekerjaan & Perundingcara Bright Prospect 79250 - Maukerja

SPM or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related studies.

Minimum 2 years of working experience in a warehouse environment is a must. Experience in a 3PL setting is an added advantage.

Proficiency and hands-on skills in SAP and WMS systems are preferred.

Good command of spoken and written English.

Experience operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE/forklifts) is a plus.

Able to work rotational shifts, including night shifts (up to 12:00 AM).

Coordinate daily loading and unloading activities for safe cargo handling.

Record stock movements in WMS and SAP systems.

Perform daily and monthly cycle counts to keep inventory accurate.

Liaise with forwarding agents to track shipping and delivery schedules.

Update customers via email on shipment tracking and delivery statuses.

Prepare shipping documents such as Delivery Orders (DO) and customs forms.

Operate Material Handling Equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) as needed.
