Full Time M-E Coordinator-Supervisor in High-rise Building Construction @ Kajang Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Sigmal Construction Selangor - Maukerja

Job Descriptions :-

• Manage daily M&E operations at site.
• Plans and coordinates M&E work with C&S and architectural works.
• Supervise M&E works, including monitoring of work progress and quality control.
• Liaises with client, consultant and local authorities for M&E works.
• Attends all clients and consultants meetings.
• Arranges for inspection with consultants / clients / authorities on M&E works.
• Prepares and evaluates monthly progress claim for M&E works.
• Prepares as-built drawings for M&E works.

Requirements :-

• Minimum 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in M&E Construction Field
• Familiar with building construction (Mechanical & Electrical)
• Proactive, Responsible, Independent and Passionate
• Able to prioritize work
• Able to work under minimum supervision and under pressure.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel (Klang Valley, KL)
• Required Skill(s): Read Drawings, M&E Technical Skills
