Role Description

• Drive sales performance across assigned retail outlets and ensure targets are achieved
• Monitor store operations and ensure strong execution of brand standards
• Supervise and support Beauty Advisors (BA) on daily performance and discipline
• Conduct regular store visits and provide on-the-ground coaching
• Collaborate closely with the Operational Director to drive team development and performance
• Support product launches, promotions, and in-store activities
• Liaise with retail partners such as Watsons and Guardian at store level
• Handle basic reporting, scheduling, and operational administration

Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation skills, with proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Team management and leadership capabilities to coach and guide sales teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship management
• Strategic planning and analytical skills to monitor market trends and report insights
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
