Full Time Kitchen Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Jom Rock Selangor - Maukerja

Minimum 2–3 years' kitchen experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior crew role.

Strong knowledge of cooking, kitchen operations and food safety.

Experience with stock control and ordering.

Able to train, lead and motivate a team.

Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Organised, responsible and able to stay calm under pressure.

Willing to work weekends, public holidays and a rotating roster.

Work arrangement: 5 days a week, 2 off days (rotating roster)

Manage daily kitchen operations, including prep, cooking and service flow.

Make sure food quality, taste, portioning and presentation stay consistent.

Enforce kitchen hygiene and food safety standards, and be ready for inspections.

Control stock: ordering, receiving, storage, FIFO, wastage tracking and stock counts.

Train kitchen crew on SOPs, cooking methods and hygiene.

Prepare the kitchen duty roster and supervise crew performance and attendance.

Work with management on food cost, supplier issues and operational improvements.
