Work Scope and Responsibilities:

• Assist Assistant Directors/Senior Managers on Skillsfuture courses, Performing Arts’ course and trainer-related matters
• Assist Assistant Directors/Senior Managers on 2LD-related projects and events

Requirements: 

• Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in driving programmes or managing courses and interest groups
• Self-driven, resourceful and passionate about meeting and working with people
• Good written and oral communications skills
• Shows competencies in preparation of slides & strong presentation skills
• Shows creativity and innovativeness in implementing new initiatives
• Possess knowledge and skills in social media platforms
• Have strong organisational and communication skills and demonstrates experience in project and/or event management
• Possess good problem-solving skills

Salary: $17-22/H
Location: Jalan Besar
Duration: 15 Oct 2026 – 15 Jan 2027

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
• Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
