Possess a Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a relevant field) or an equivalent qualification.

Demonstrate a strong aptitude for troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.

Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.

Willingness to travel to client sites across Malaysia for installation, maintenance, and repair activities.

Basic understanding of water treatment processes is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.

Commitment to safety protocols and procedures in a field service environment.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and equipment.

Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
