* Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Graphic Design or a related field.

* Experience in social media management, content creation or digital marketing is preferred.

* Good knowledge of social media platforms and current content trends.

* Basic skills in graphic design, photography, video shooting and video editing.

* Creative, proactive and able to generate fresh content ideas.

* Good written and verbal communication skills.

* Able to work independently as well as coordinate with different teams.

* Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

* Experience in the property/real estate industry is an advantage.

* Plan, create and coordinate daily/weekly content for the company’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant channels.

* Develop social media content such as graphics, short-form videos, reels, stories, captions and promotional materials.

* Manage and maintain the company’s social media content calendar and ensure content is published according to schedule.

* Work closely with the management, marketing and branch teams to gather information, promotions, events and property-related content.

* Assist in creating content for property listings, project launches, company events, training programmes, recruitment and corporate branding.

* Take and edit photos and videos during company events, activities, property viewings and other relevant occasions.

* Monitor social media trends, popular content formats and competitors’ activities, and propose new content ideas.

* Ensure all content is aligned with the company’s branding, tone and marketing objectives.

* Assist with basic graphic design and video editing using relevant tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or similar software.

* Monitor social media engagement, enquiries, comments and messages, and coordinate with the relevant departments for follow-up where required.

* Track basic social media performance and prepare monthly content/performance reports.

* Coordinate with external vendors, photographers, videographers or freelancers when additional production support is required.

* Perform other marketing and content-related duties assigned by the management.
