Our client is a leading organisation with a strong presence in Singapore and across the region. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a Senior FP&A to join the team and partner closely with the business.

Your new role

Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will play a key role in providing financial insights and partnering with stakeholders across the business. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working closely with different functions and translating financial information into meaningful business insights.

You will be responsible for:

• Partnering closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing and other business functions to understand business performance, provide financial insights and support decision-making.
  
• Leading budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities, working closely with stakeholders to understand key business drivers and assumptions.
  
• Analysing business performance, identifying key trends and variances, and providing clear commentary and recommendations to management.
  
• Preparing and presenting management reports, financial analysis and business insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
  
• Working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and collaborating with stakeholders across different levels.
  
• Supporting business initiatives and projects through financial modelling, scenario analysis and commercial evaluation.
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
• At least 6-8 years of relevant FP&A, commercial finance or management accounting experience.
• Strong experience in business partnering, with the ability to work effectively with non-finance stakeholders.
• Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and management reporting.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand business drivers and translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work with stakeholders across different functions and levels.
