Full Time Operation Manager (F&B) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 10,000 in Seri Bako Malaysia WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Minimum 5 years of working experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry, preferably in an Operations Manager or multi-outlet management role.

Proven experience managing multiple F&B outlets is highly preferred.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Food Service Management, or a related field is an advantage.

Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

Good knowledge of business licensing procedures, local authority requirements, and government compliance.

Experience dealing with shopping mall management, franchisees, and government agencies will be an added advantage.

Strong organisational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently and make sound decisions.

Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Willing to travel between outlets when required.

Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.

Oversee the daily operations of all assigned F&B outlets to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

Lead, coach, and supervise outlet managers and operational staff.

Monitor sales performance, labour costs, food costs, inventory, and overall profitability.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Liaise and maintain good working relationships with shopping mall management regarding outlet operations, tenancy matters, promotions, and compliance requirements.

Coordinate and communicate with franchisees to ensure consistent operational standards and brand compliance.

Handle and coordinate with government agencies, consultants, and external agents for business licence applications, renewals, fire insurance, fire safety requirements, signage approvals, and all other statutory or regulatory documentation.

Ensure all business licences, permits, and regulatory documents are valid and renewed on time.

Work closely with senior management to achieve company goals and business growth.

Conduct regular outlet inspections and resolve operational issues promptly.
