Responsibilities
Role Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation. The candidate should have a good understanding of business analysis processes, with knowledge or exposure to Identity & Access Management (IAM). Healthcare domain experience is an added advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities
Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and processes.
Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and other documentation.
Liaise with business and technical teams to translate requirements into clear functional requirements.
Support UAT, requirement validation, and implementation activities.
Assist with IAM-related requirements, access management, and process improvements.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in requirements gathering and documentation.
Good stakeholder communication and requirement elicitation skills.
Knowledge or exposure to Identity & Access Management (IAM).
Strong documentation and analytical skills.
Healthcare domain experience is an added advantage.
