Minimum qualification of SPM

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Willing to work on shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays

Well-groomed, friendly, and comfortable interacting with the public

Customer-oriented, able to work in a team, and shows initiative

Provide friendly service and assist customers during their shopping experience

Recommend products and ensure a positive customer experience

Handle sales transactions (POS) efficiently and accurately

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Understand and explain products and current promotions

Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the store

Manage stock, including arranging, monitoring, and receiving deliveries

Work together with the team and support daily store operations

Assist during promotional campaigns and peak hours

Carry out tasks and instructions assigned by management from time to time
