Full Time Food & Beverage Crew Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,200 + overtime in Yobe Ventures Selangor - Maukerja

Based at Shah Alam Outlet (May be relocated between multiple outlets within the area)

• Good communication skills in BM and English. Mandarin is an advantage

• No prior experience required (Having experience in using ice cream machine has added advantage)

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Flexible and able to handle urgent requests promptly

• Warm, cheerful, friendly and energetic personality

• Familiar with basic mobile apps usage such as grab ordering/food panda/touch n go

• Food preparation and production, packaging including froyo, toppings and other menu items according to Yobe Malaysia SOPs

• Maintaining food quality, hygiene and presentation according to Yobe Malaysia SOPs

• Performing daily tasks including frontline duties, restocking, maintaining overall outlet cleanliness

• Assist customer throughout the ordering and payment process 

• Maintaining fast, efficient and accurate service 

• Ensuring every customer is made to feel welcome, with genuine positive customer service 

• Ensuring excellent customer experience, reflecting brand’s values and service commitment
