2–4 years of hands-on experience in Digital / Performance Marketing

Strong practical knowledge of SEO and SEM

Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (TikTok Ads a plus)

Good understanding of Google Analytics, GTM, conversion tracking and attribution

Ability to analyze campaign data and make optimization decisions independently

Strong understanding of performance marketing funnels and lead generation

Experience managing multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously

Good communication and reporting skills

Plan, execute and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, traffic and rankings

Manage SEM/Google Ads including Search, Display, YouTube and remarketing

Plan and manage Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms

Handle campaign setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, bidding and optimization

Monitor CPM, CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS and conversion rate

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and audience research

Collaborate with content and creative teams on ad copy and landing pages

Implement and monitor Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Pixel and other tracking tools

Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, landing pages and campaign structures

Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations

Support lead-generation campaigns, improving the funnel from Traffic → Lead → Conversion

Stay current with platform algorithm changes, ad policies and industry trends
