Full Time Commis Chef Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in Pure Eats Selangor - Maukerja

Minimum 1 year of experience in the kitchen.

Must have basic knowledge of different cooking techniques, cuisines, food safety, and kitchen hygiene practices.

Passionate about cooking and willing to learn.

Able to work shifts including on weekends and public holidays.

A culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.

Fluency in English and/or Malay is required.

Assist the Chefs with food preparation and cooking.

Ensure the highest standards of food preparation, quality, and presentation are maintained in accordance with the restaurant's standards.

Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and serving food on time.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen in accordance with the restaurant's guidelines.

Store ingredients correctly and monitor stock levels.

Assist with receiving and checking kitchen supplies.

Support opening, closing, and general kitchen duties.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and smooth kitchen operations.
