Freelance Freelance Full Time Admin Executive (Batu Caves) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Career Horizons Selangor - Maukerja

· Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration/Business Studies/Human Resource Management

· Min 3 years of similar working experience is preferred.

· Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Languages required: English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).

· Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 are added advantages.

1. Assist the superior in the day-to-day administrative functions and human resources matters such as recruitment,  staffs’ attendance; insurance, licensing,  renewals

2. Assist in drafting official company correspondence, meeting minutes, and internal announcements.

3.  Ensure compliance with relevant rules and regulations applicable to the Company.

4. Liaise with vendors and service providers for repairs, office upkeep, and service renewals.

5. Assist with the on-boarding and off-boarding process, including orientation, asset issuance, and exit paperwork for joining /departing staff.

6. Coordinate with government agencies for visa endorsements, work permit and passport renewals etc

7. Coordinate hostel accommodation, medical check-ups and transportation arrangements.

8. Act as an active member of the Company’s Safety & Health Committee. Monitor workplace cleanliness and hygiene to foster a safe working environment.

9. Assist in preparing monthly payroll and verify accuracy. Coordinate timely submissions and payments for statutory bodies .

10. Assist in ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 documentations control; internal and external audits.
